deep breathingWe may have been born into loving families and we may be very well-educated but it is sad that very few human beings realize the fact that life is very short indeed and while we are in this world, we must make the most of it. We have been created for a definite purpose in this world.

Each one is born with different ethnicities and in different economic conditions. Despite the differences in colour, race and country, people live in harmony in most parts of the world. Unfortunately this has not been possible in certain disputed regions.

However, it is up to you to stay happy or otherwise in life. You don’t need anything in particular like money or material to be happy. Happiness is very much within each and every one of us. It is entirely dependent on our perception and approach to the different situations that confront us in the various phases of our life.

Breathing is an important aspect of our life. Of the many things in life that we take for granted, breathing takes top priority.  You’ll be surprised to know that a  simple act like breathing that is done with concentration will make you feel happy and light. Conscious breathing brings a lot of benefits to mankind.

Whenever you feel stressed do the following for instant relief:

  • Sit comfortably in a place of your choice, on the ground or a chair, take a few deep breaths and instantly you can feel yourself bouncing back to your normal form
  • When you feel angry with a loved one (anyone for that matter) or restless due to a reprimand from your boss/teacher/parents, you can overcome the situation by simply resorting to deep breathing.
  • A few deep breaths will melt your stress away and you’ll  feel relaxed and calm within a few minutes.
  • Even if you are leading a normal life without too many hassles, taking a few minutes off your regular schedule each day to watch your breathing pattern will benefit you in more ways than one.

Enjoy life while you are here in this beautiful world. Helping others is to help yourself too. When you see other people happy, you feel happy too. Spread happiness by letting your friends know about the art of breathing and help them take their life to the next level! Happy breathing!!
